Everything is a BALANCE scale .. even self confidence vs narcism. Imagine these words are in a line a scale where the MIDDLE balance is always best! Both ENDS are bad. I need to get my stupid phone working with a diagram .. all has become STUPID and complex .. WHY? trying to dive me INSANE, since I am sensitive .. it is a HORRIBLE .. disability from NORMAL people who are more accepting!
OK imagine a scale where the middle is the BALANCE point ..
-5 feeling undeserving, -3 lacking confidence, -1 minimal confidence and deservedness, 0 some feeling of ABILITY and being deserving of GOOD! -3 self absorbed, -5 narcissist! So both feeling confident and NOT can be NEGATIVE. Confidence PLUS care for OTHERS is the balance point!
So when we say words, a left brain probably looks ate ONE END of that spectrum, while the right brain looks at the OPPOSITE. so we have NO CLUE what we are talking about. Words have no REAL meaning. I have approached a THINKER as great and a Left brain Action being as BAD. That is WRONG. Both the left AND the right hemisphere are very important and VALUABLE .. when used in BALANCE. Becasue I always felt put down as a questioning, creative CONTEMPLATIVE person .. I eventually began to" hate" Left brains who get the job done. pretty stupid because if only I myself had GOTTEN THE JOB DONE instead of continuing to rethink and reconsider! But maybe that is the whole source of war and battle? People pit us down so we begin to hate them. Then we ash back at their MEAN. Guess this is where mercy and forgiveness is needed it. We right brains should NOT feel attacked. We should RECOGNIZE we INTIMIDATE fast action unable to think deeply Left brains!
When my daughetr constantly said "It is not always about YOU!" I took it as insult because I usually put OTHERS first, and hate the "EGO" references. She was probably referring to my sensitivity and feeling attacked when she was really just pushing away what felt like WORD ATTACK to her! 🤔 .. 😔 Imagine if I found McGilchrist BEFORE I became hateful and myself closed minded. can we start to use this with other humans? Bill Maher went to dinner at Trump's and was mind boggled that Trump seemed NICE! IN public he must feel constantly attacked so he lashes out IMMEDIATELY. At home he seemed an ok guy. especially since Maher was NOT the nicest to him .. he still kept his opposition. But the interaction was HUMAN. Very cool .. we need to learn to CALM DOWN and see the other as FEARING our word complication!! Think the Fibonacci spiral .. when the listener lives a STRAUGHT Line. Somehow that spiral as my flying, open, ideas makes me UNDERSTAND how attacked by words they must feel! Could I be more empathetic if I ever get together with y daughter again? Sometimes we just fall back into our old way of think behave .. without even meaning to .. just HABIT. So it will take FOCUSED ATTENTION. But we have lost our ability to ATTEND carefully.

NO! we can not live in that kind of system! it is CONFUSING and creates chaos on SYEROIDS. NORMAL Humans want ORDER. Order has to begin with TRUTH or as close to truth as we can calculate. We must do our best to remove our biases and simply collect and cCONNECT all the facts. This is a huge amount of work, time and patience. We have zero interest in that since we worship CONVENIENCE! but NORMAL Humans NEED a Foundation of ORDER and that only comes from finding THE "TRUTH and nothing BUT the truth". After TRUTH we want FAIR .. so we can live with the NORMAL Human security of TRUST! If we are innocent we will not be screaming CANCELLED! Even if guilty I want to commit suicide at all the SCREAMING! What an idiot world.
If you do not feel great stress your worry brain is missing! Idiot world is a life that NORMAL Humans, still with mind and "heart" can NOT survive in. We are addicting, committing suicide or dying by cop. Or simply succumbing to disease because of the enormous stress we have lived under. Or so I thought I knew. I was being EMPATHETIC to all of those i spoke to doing 2 jobs and still struggling to pay their loan. Yet I had NO CLUE! I knew that nothing made sense! The stock market is GREAT! America is doing great, inflation is 2% and unemployment 4%. Maybe my mistake is that in my past life was a slave in the southern states .. so I am ONLY drawn to USA. Guess my family came to canada and I stayed behind .. those old spirits have a big affect. 😁 Perhaps America and Canada's economy have no relationship, but when I lived in Buffalo def people struggled. I think inflation numbers (and all numbers) are a TWISTED lie. Thye take a bsket most of us can't afford so that high prices are averaged out. Normal grocery prices have skyrocketed in recent years. Plus 2.7% if EVERY MONTH by 6 months is 15+% in 6 months! When you are 1$ to $ watching that is a LOT!

I do believe before FAIR or compromise can be calculated (Or peace found in WAR?) each FACTOR in the disagreement must be VALUED. How many does it help and how much? how many does it HURT and how much?
If I have to have a child because you refused me an abortion once my unparented neglected kid grows up IT harms the whole neighbourhood and city even. "Bad guys are not born .. they are made" (Brilliance from past TO Mayor Tory). Not allowing abortion HARMS the child who gets no NURTURE which is far more important than (sperm managing to fertilize egg) Nature. THAT is the reason I felt DO IT MY WAY OR DIE. Yesterday I magically broke off UNKNOWN TO ME .. 1/2 of my nail!! Perfectly one half .. intact good nice nail .. the other half a terrible weapon catching everything it touched. Very Strange! 1/2 my nail was perfect, the other half was gone and turned into a knife or saw of wounding DANGER. Of course the EDGE CORNER of the GOOD HALF was worst of all. it was a lethal weapon! Picture a half nice manicured nail chopped straight down .. catching everything and a viciously SHARP EDGE CORNER. It was such a strange event it made me think it was God sending a message about our brain HALVES. Even the Right GOOD Thinking hemisphere when not BALANCED with etc left can be a WEAPON .. can be EVIL. Which is apparently how Left brains feel when start ranting my FIBONACCI SPIRAL THINKING. Their brain is linear .. get the job DONE .. straight .. to the point. Hmm .. maybe the SHARPNESS of that NAIL corner can be my symbolic visual of how my THINKING too much can feel SHARP .. a weapon to linear Left brains in my family!!

I was raised in many sects? of Christianity in living with 4 different family's as a kid plus in law's religion AND my dad's later preaching. Evangelical, Gospel, anglican, (catholic fascination re Irish war, and later marriage) and United. After University I tried new one's most impressed with Methodist that seemed most wanting to actually HELP OTHERS. To me they all were picking whatever Bible stories suited them and not focus enough on bing kind CARING and FAIR dent Humans. So I decided to create my OWN religion! There had to be a god or how could this amazing world possible have been created? Developers can't even build a good building so making Fire and Water and sun and animals and flowers and the right colour sky had to be a MASTER Developer CEO. ONE god one CEO created the cosmos and we sure have DISRESPECTED him and taken ZERO RESPONSIBILITY to care for our home. Even WORSE everything we did was TOXIC to the health of our home and Human Family. Going back to being NORMAL caring GOOD Humans is all the "religion" we need. ONE Commandment .. do no harm to OTHERS, but HELP them.

OK sorry .. but ISRAEL (Leadership) is pure evil (very much MORE evil). Just PRETEND for a minute your kids were at a big party and an ANGRY "CAUSE" (Israel was NOT blameless) killed them. BUT!! can you seriously say you would be OK! with 2 or is it 3? years now of UTTER DESTRUCTION of the ENTIRE country where the bad guys are said to be hiding? I for one would be APPALLED like years ago. If someone killed my son I might kill not just the murderer but his friends .. but I could not in all CONSCIOUS NESS and HUMANITY kill his family neighbours town and country. Who the hell does that? I guess we have to recognize if all is "BOTH/AND" then TRUTH can only be "MOSTLY" TRUE or correct, as opposed to 100%. I spent my life thinking running the (world) can be SIMPLE! Just be FAIR. To be FAIR you have to compromise on TRUTH. I hate noise and chaos, because it creates STRESS. But what if my neighbour does not mind at all, feels it is adventure in life? I guess this is where there really IS "My Truth"! I guess I always took FOR GRANTED everybody wants QUIET and CALM. HMM! I did learn that at the Old folks home. can there really be people who do not get stressed over too much noise and chaos. I was the oblivious one for 60 + years! So I guess there ARE few truths and perspective really does rule. It is THIS that makes life so complex TOGETHER. In the wilderness ALONE would be simple. They keep ranting about the Brown shooting. of ?2 yet say little of 12 in quiet Australia. Shouldn't the conversation be about our LOST Quality of life?? Sure the stock market may be high and we can buy anything our heart desires but what the hell quality of life is it when my kid's school must be locked up. going anywhere probably meets a locked door and security. CHURCHES with security??? But we discuss nothing. Maybe we should discuss retribution ON us vs US always getting retribution. Do we not think others want to GET us. If we quit being JERKS things would have came down. We have probably destroyed everybody's brain and HEAR NOW and it is too late to come back to normal. It is up to you. Walter Isaacson's latest book "The GREATEST Sentence ever written" is a good example of our absorbed EXCEPTIONISM. No offence to Walter .. but it is only the greatest IN AMEICA because we screwed it up within 100 years! It is our 250th next summer, yet more than100 ago we started TWISTING those words the founding Fathers tried HARD to make just right!
